		<description>This article makes the mistake of comparing  maximum penalties available yet ignoring sentencing guidleines and historical sentencing realities. It seeks to make a nonsense point. Yes certainly the maximum penalty for supply of some drugs is 14 years, will someone who supplies six tablets with  no history of such supply, no previous record no evidenc of long term dealing-get 14 years. Of course not, so why pretend that they might? Sadly this argument is fraudulent in the prospectus it offers..</description>
